Unless otherwise specified all venues are in the School of Computer Science, Kilburn Building (Nr. 39 on the campus map). For the workshop, the best entrance to the Building is the Ground Floor Entrance on the north side of the building (the side orthogonal to Oxford Road nearer the city centre) and to go up the flight of stairs immediately in front of you.
Keynote presentation and invited talks
These will take place in lecture theatre LT 1.1 on the Lower First Floor.
Presentation of Papers and Posters
The short presentations of papers will take place in the first floor lecture theatre LT 1.5.
For all workshop presentations a beamer and a computer with Adobe Acrobat Reader will be available. Please prepare your presentation slides as a single PDF file, name it surname.pdf and send it to ARWorkshop2012@gmail.com with the subject line *ARW2012Presentation* by Monday, 2 April. We will provide a facility to copy PDFs to the provided computer via a USB memory drive at the workshop but we cannot guarantee connectivity via USB ports.
Poster presentations will take place in the Lower First Floor area. The poster boards can accommodate poster up to size A0. Please put up your poster prior to the session in which your short talk will be presented and take it down after your poster session.
Lunch and tea/coffee breaks
Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday and tea/coffee will be served in the Lower First Floor area in the vicinity of the poster presentation area.
This will be located in the Lower First Floor area.

Eduroam wirelesss internet access is available via your own laptop at the ARW site and generally on Campus. This uses the e-mail address and password from your home institution.
